General information

The Matmut ATLANTIQUE has 42,115 seats in football and rugby configurations.

The Matmut ATLANTIQUE is a multifunctional stadium capable of hosting international sporting events and concerts.

For example, the stadium hosts all FCGB home matches, some UBB gala matches and concerts.

Alongside these events, corporate events are organised throughout the year (seminars, conventions, product launches, etc.).

Finally, tours for the general public are frequently offered.

Every year, the Matmut ATLANTIQUE hosts around thirty major events. Corporate events also take place every week at the heart of the stadium.

On match days, the Girondins de Bordeaux organise tours for their season ticket holders (find out more).

Access and parking

The Matmut ATLANTIQUE is located on the Left Bank in the Bordeaux-Lac district. With car parks, public transport and hotels all less than 5 minutes away, the Matmut ATLANTIQUE is a great place to be, whatever your means of transport.

By public transport:

  • The tram C terminus, "Parc des Expositions / Stade Matmut ATLANTIQUE" stop, is located 200 metres from the stadium's western forecourt (please note that to access the stadium, you must take the tram bound for "Parc des Expositions / Stade Matmut ATLANTIQUE").  
  • The shuttle bus from the Brandenburg stop (tram B connection) takes spectators to the south side of the stadium.

By bike :

  • Three Vcub stations located within a one-kilometre radius offer you the opportunity to cycle along the cycle path on the banks of the lake.
  • Free cycle parking is available on Avenue de la Jallère.

By car and on two wheels:

  • The ring road exits 4a and 6 give you access to the precinct.

By train:

  • Tram line C is direct from Saint-Jean station (direction "Parc des Expositions / Stade").

By plane:

  • Bordeaux-Mérignac airport is 15km from Matmut ATLANTIQUE by car.

MATCH DAY (FCGB and UBB)

The 6,000 parking spaces at the Parc des Expositions are available free of charge to Matmut ATLANTIQUE spectators (part of this car park is available to disabled people).

Between the Parc Floral and the stadium's North Stand, 1,500 spaces are available for VIPs and the media.

On the same level as the VIP car park, there is a PRM car park with 32 spaces (by reservation, please contact the Club directly).

In total, there are more than 8,500 free parking spaces close to the stadium. 

JOUR DE CONCERT / SPECTACLE

There is a charge for parking at the Parc des Expositions. N.B. It is not possible to book the Parc des Expositions car park in advance. Tickets must be purchased on the day of the concert at a cost of €15. 
Part of this car park is available free of charge to disabled people (on presentation of a badge).

A PRM car park is located in car park P1 between the Parc Floral and the stadium's North Stand (booking required). Disabled parking spaces are also available in the Parc des Expositions car park (free, no reservation required, on presentation of a badge).

VIPs can use the P1 car park located between the Parc Floral and the stadium's North Stand (subject to certain conditions).

FOR A MATCH (FCGB and UBB)

Parking at the Parc des Expositions is free (no reservations are possible).

Car park P1 is available for VIPs and wheelchair users. These spaces are subject to reservation. 

FOR A CONCERT / SHOW

N.B. It is not possible to make advance reservations for the Exhibition Centre car park. Tickets can be purchased on the day of the concert at a cost of €15.

FOR A MATCH (FCGB and UBB)

The Parc des Expositions car park opens between 2 and 3 hours before kick-off. This information is given a few days before the match on the event page of our website.

The P1 (VIP) car park and the PMR car park generally open 3 hours before kick-off. These car parks close one hour after the final whistle.

FOR A CONCERT / SHOW

This depends on the configuration of the concert. This information is given a few days before the event on our website.

A cycle park is located on the south side of the stadium on Avenue de la Jallère.

A parking area for two-wheelers is located on the south side of the stadium on Avenue de la Jallère.
