Cancellation Insurance

PROCEDURE IN CASE OF SINISTER

The Insured must notify the Authorised Organisation of his/her Cancellation as soon as a guaranteed event occurs which prevents him/her from using the insured access ticket. The Insured must declare the claim to the Insurer within five (5) working days from the day on which he/she becomes aware of it, except in the case of fortuitous events or force majeure :

https://indemnisation.mondial-assistance.fr/oss A confidential access code allows you to monitor the progress of your case 24 hours a day.

The Insured may also contact the Insurer by telephone from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Metropolitan France time zone):

From France (if the Insured’s current location is in France)
• n° 01 42 99 03 95 for French speakers
• n° 01 42 99 03 97 for the non French speaking Insured

Outside France (if the Insured’s current location is not in France)
• n° 00 33 1 42 99 03 95 for French speakers
• n° 00 33 1 42 99 03 97 for the non French speaking Insured

After this period, if the Insurer suffers loss as a result of this late declaration, the Insured shall lose all right to compensation.

Send all the documents requested by Mondial Assistance in order to justify the reason for the cancellation.

If the claim is accepted, the ticket will be reimbursed by cheque or credit transfer directly to the customer.
