Organisation of a trade fair
with the creation of multiple meeting points,

The aim of the Exhibition is to bring together works councils from small, medium-sized and large companies and suppliers of leisure activities.
CONFIGURATION(S)
No less than 1,000m² were made available to the organisers for this corporate event.
This professional event required :
- 1 reception hall for 600 people per day
- 50 stands/meeting areas
- 1 plenary room with seating for 50 people
- 1 restaurant/discussion area
"The stadium setting and all the associated sporting values were perfectly in keeping with the theme of this trade show".
The organisers had the idea of exploiting the full potential of the panoramic terraces to offer visitors a range of activities (acrobatic football, for example). Finally, tours of the stadium were organised throughout the day, departing every 30 minutes.
