Organising a Team Building event

To talk about its 2017 results and reward its shops for their commitment and good results, LIDL wanted to invite its employees to a festive, sporting and friendly day out in an unusual setting! The Matmut ATLANTIQUE met all these criteria.

CONFIGURATION(S)

For this event, the Atlantic Lounge and its panoramic terrace were activated, as well as the Lawn Edge. The lounge, the focal point of the event, was used for the coffee reception, the plenary session and the cocktail reception. The Matmut ATLANTIQUE operations team managed the necessary configuration changes throughout the day. The Lawn Edge, an emblematic area, was transformed into a rugby pitch for the HAKA event, with a New Zealand coach!

This professional event required:

• 1 plenary session area for 100 people with 4 configurations: reception, events, plenary session and cocktail reception

ANIMATION TEAM BUILDING

The team-building activity was divided into three parts: a visit to the stadium, an introduction to New Zealand HAKA and the creation of a personalised HAKA for each group.

"During the "stadium visit" activity, each participant found a shirt in the changing rooms with his or her name on it!
