Organising a team building event
KEDGE Business School chose the Matmut ATLANTIQUE to organise the Team Building seminars of its Specialised Masters. This event was intended to kick off the new year and set the tone for the year to come.
CONFIGURATION(S)
Students were welcomed at Gate C before passing through the VIP welcome hall. They were then invited to take their seats in the presidential grandstand, used here for the plenary session. Martin Mellerio, Commercial Director of Matmut ATLANTIQUE and former KEDGE BS student, and Guillaume Bèque, Director of the Bordeaux Campus, took to the stage. During the plenary session, each of them wished the students a great start to the new academic year!
This professional event required:
- 1 reception hall for 780 people over two days
- 1 plenary room for over 400 people
- 1 espace team building / exchange
ANIMATION TEAM BUILDING
Following this plenary session, the students were offered a team building activity. Working in groups, they had to reproduce the architecture of the stadium, given the materials and constraints involved. The team-building activity took place on the stadium's panoramic terraces, so that they could immerse themselves in the place and its design.

The programme was repeated over two days, with a total of 780 students attending.
