Organising a Christmas tree

Transforming trade fairs into giant theme parks,

Every year, Inter CE EAU France and SGAC invite their employees to a giant Christmas tree. In 2016, they chose the Matmut ATLANTIQUE.

CONFIGURATION(S)

The Salon Présidentiel and its adjoining panoramic terrace have been redecorated to create the magic of Christmas.

This professional event required:

1 reception hall for 800 people
1 lounge with adjoining panoramic terrace
15 centres of activity
1 show area with stage, sound and lighting
A snack area

15 different worlds were set up to make this Christmas tree a real theme park for children. Inside the exhibition, the youngest children enjoyed a ball pool, while the older ones competed in archery. Outside, in front of the arena, the children enjoyed a trampoline and then took part in sumo wrestling matches.

"A surprise for all: a camel ride around the stadium".

A stage has been set up for the famous Christmas show.

With this Christmas tree, the organisers wanted to please both children and parents by allowing them to discover the Bordeaux stadium. In addition, special arrangements have been made to enable large numbers of people to visit the Matmut ATLANTIQUE for an afternoon.
